Aren't they the same thing? Somehow "partly sunny" makes you feel better right? But it's also "partly cloudy" at the same time. I guess it's just depends on which side of the bed you got out of that day.... but aren't they both the same? One's just on the left and one's just on the right so what difference does it make???
