		<description>If you look really closely it kind of has a beak and front feet not unlike a turtles. My guess is that it is a turtle minus its shell. There is an animal research facility just along the river. I wouldnt be surprised if it had been flushed,shell-less thinking it was dead, but had survived long enough to grow some. Guesswork I know but my money is on turtle!</description>
